We are looking for a Data Annotator (AI Trainer) who is highly detail oriented, consistent, and genuinely curious about how AI learns. If you enjoy spotting patterns, improving accuracy, and turning messy information into clean structured outputs, you will love this role.

What you will do

As our Data Annotator (AI Trainer), you will:

  • Label and categorize text, images, and web data based on clear guidelines

  • Review AI-generated outputs and rate quality, relevance, and accuracy

  • Identify errors, hallucinations, and low-quality responses

  • Rewrite or correct AI responses to match required tone, style, and factual standards

  • Follow annotation rules with high consistency and attention to detail

  • Perform quality checks on datasets and report issues

  • Organize files and deliver outputs on time

  • Work with the team to improve guidelines and annotation processes

  • Help test AI tools used for training and evaluation

What we are looking for

You might be the one if you have:

  • Strong reading comprehension and written English skills

  • High attention to detail and ability to stay consistent across repetitive tasks

  • Ability to follow instructions exactly, even when tasks are long

  • Strong critical thinking and ability to spot what is wrong or missing

  • Comfort working with spreadsheets, documents, and online tools

  • Ability to work independently and hit deadlines

  • A stable internet connection and reliable work from home setup

Your work setup

  • Remote freelance work

  • 4 days in a week, 12 AM to 6AM (UTC+8)

  • Stable workload with clear guidelines and structured tasks

  • Opportunity to grow into a QA Lead or Data Operations role
