What you will do
As our Sales Manager, you will:
Own the full sales cycle from lead response to closing
Qualify inbound leads and identify which clients are a great fit
Pitch our services clearly and confidently through calls, email, and meetings
Create and send proposals that convert
Follow up consistently and professionally until deals are closed
Maintain an organized pipeline and track deals using a CRM or tracking sheet
Coordinate with the marketing and delivery team to ensure smooth handoffs
Build relationships that lead to long term clients and repeat projects
Help improve the sales process and scripts over time
Spot opportunities for upsells, retainers, and larger contracts
What we are looking for
You might be the one if you have:
3 years proven experience in sales, business development, or account management
Strong English communication skills and confidence speaking with business owners
Experience selling digital services such as SEO, website, content, or marketing retainers
Ability to understand client pain points and turn them into clear solutions
A strong follow up habit and excellent organization
A results driven mindset and comfort with targets
Professional writing skills for email, proposals, and client messages
Ability to work independently and take ownership
